Cancellation Policy
To ensure we can accommodate all clients and maintain efficient scheduling, we request cancellations or rescheduling be made with more than 48 hours' notice. Failure to do so, or not showing up for your appointment, will result in a charge of 100% of the booked service amount. This policy is in place to compensate for the time and opportunity lost in filling the appointment slot on short notice. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
